25 March 2014

Vicinitee Limited, the UK’s leading supplier of software solutions to the real estate industry, has significantly boosted its West End London presence with four new buildings.

Vicinitee is providing property management software applications to four of London’s most prestigious mixed-use and office developments in London’s West End:

•the 500,000 sq ft mixed-use development, North East Quadrant (NEQ) of Regent's Place

•the prestigious 10 Portman Square office development

•the 88,500 sq ft of fully refurbished Grade A offices at 39 Victoria House

•the new stunning mixed-use development at Marble Arch House

These important buildings supplement Vicinitee’s extensive list of landmark properties and further enhance Vicinitee’s move into the West End.

The company already provides software solutions for over 100 developments, including 30 St Mary Axe, the Crown Estate, One New Change and Spinningfields.

Vicinitee Managing Director, Scott Knight, said: “The company started out providing software solutions to support the British Land’ property management portfolio. We have such a compelling, broad and innovative product range that we were quickly able to build the business and today we’re proud to count some of the UK’s leading developers and owners, and their prime assets, among our clients.”

He continued: “We have been able to maintain our market lead by continually evolving our product range and maintaining a deep understanding of what appeals to our customers, while the new designs and site architecture have allowed us to enhance and optimise the user experience across the board.

“This year, we are developing mobile versions for our collaboration and property management applications so that occupiers, service partners and property management colleagues will no longer be tied to their desks when needing to access these services. Everything will be available via smartphone or tablet. We believe that if you combine high speed connectivity with powerful mobile devices and secure cloud-based software you really can shake up the market and deliver truly transformational services.”
