Vicinitee creates Hammersonís new retail digital platform

In embracing the Vicinitee platform, Hammerson will be able to efficiently maintain and manage all their digital assets from a centralised, single on-line interface.  The platform is operating at all shopping centres within the portfolio, including Bullring in Birmingham and London’s Brent Cross.

Digital marketing is a growing part of the business, with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), website development and management, mobile applications and interactive touch screen kiosks proving increasingly popular with customers.

Outside London, Vicinitee is also expanding its presence in the key regional markets, with Spinningfields in Manchester, Liverpool ONE, Aberdeen’s Union Square and George House in Glasgow among the company’s roster of clients.
