Wrap Up of 2012

9 January 2013

These include: The Heron Tower, Central Saint Giles, King’s Cross, 55 Baker Street, Cannon Place, Cannon Bridge House, Devonshire Square, 125 Old Broad Street, Green Park, Liverpool ONE, NEQ Regent’s Place and George House Glasgow.

We do this by delivering market leading consumer-facing web and mobile solutions as well as developing collaboration tools to enable effective and efficient property management.
Last year we informed you that we would be focusing on two major areas in 2012:
 Cloud Computing
We now operate totally ‘in the Cloud’.  All our servers, data and code run on state-of-the-art technology platforms.  This gives us enormous flexibility to grow with the needs of our clients and provides us with the ability to deliver world class reliability, performance and backup.
Mobile
In partnership with Hammerson we have rolled out across their shopping centre portfolio the most advanced suite of online consumer websites and management tools in the industry. Hammerson can now efficiently maintain and manage all their digital assets from a single online, cloud-based interface.
We have embraced the digital/mobile user experience by creating mobile optimised versions of all their websites.
Together we have redefined what quality shopping centre web and mobile sites can look like and the experience a user can expect.
For Land Securities we have launched a bespoke mobile website for the iconic One New Change opposite St Paul’s.
Vicinitee has maintained its lead in the market for building-specific websites with the rollout of our new community product at vicinitee.com. With over 10 years experience we have a deep understanding of what appeals to an audience and the new designs and site architecture have allowed us to enhance and optimise the user experience across the board.
We have also worked hard all year to remaster our suite of industry leading property management tools, including Helpdesk, Permits to Work, Visitor Management and Licence for Alterations.  A key part of this has been enhancing the technology architecture to underpin what next year will be our big ‘shake up the market’ move.
Here’s to shaking things up
Starting with Visitor Management, in 2013 we are developing mobile versions for all our collaboration and property management tools so that occupiers, service partners and property management colleagues will no longer be tied to their desks when needing to access these services. Everything will be available via smartphone or tablet.
We believe that if you combine high speed connectivity with powerful mobile devices and cloud-based software you really can shake up the market and deliver truly transformational services.
Next year we’ll show you how. These include: The Heron Tower, Central Saint Giles, King’s Cross, 55 Baker Street, Cannon Place, Cannon Bridge House, Devonshire Square, 125 Old Broad Street, Green Park, Liverpool ONE, NEQ Regent’s Place and George House Glasgo
